Spiral mixers with fixed bowl 40 or 60 kgs dough capacity, fitted with one motor only for bowl and spiral tool. 
Bowl and spiral transmission are totally through trapezoidal belts, thus being very silent. 
STAR line spiral mixers are equipped with a control panel with a double-scale electro-mechanical timer than enables the operator to work in manual, semi-automatic and automatic mode and with a mobile bowl cover in stainless steel grid. 
Thanks to their sturdy body,these spiral mixers are suitable to the use in small bakeries and to well hydrated dough mixtures. 
These machines assure an excellent dough result and they are practically maintenance-free.
